CHAIL MISSION & VISION

Our Mission:

WHEN & WHERE

This particular group is offered on Tuesdays in
April and May from 10a.m. to 12 p.m.
Specifically, this group is on the following days:
April 4, 11, 18, 25

May 2, 9, 16, 23

Active Parent
Group
Caregivers can contact Melissa at
309.687.7321 or msallee@chail.org to
register for the class. After registration is
complete, the caregiver will receive a
welcoming packet in the mail.
Caregivers should attempt to attend all
the groups (8 total) and may miss one
group if the caregiver makes the group up
within one week.
The group is OPEN which means
caregivers can join at any time.

At this time there is no

child care provided.
Group members are
encouraged to bring a
snack if desired.
Iced or hot tea is provided. A writing
utensil and folder is also provided.

Active Parent Group

is for anyone in a
caregiving role.
United Way is a community partner who
makes it
possible for this group experience to be free of
charge.
