    visually
    Check lock spring of pins
    Check Draw works anchors, Whether all clits
    are tightened or not ( Branham Mast) and Box
    type anchor bolts are fastened or not.
    Check bull line pullies & movement.
    Check Cylindrical Roller movements
    Check Mast Pulley anchoring bolts ( Both
    horizontal and Vertical Pulley)
    Check Rig foundation for any crack and
    damage
    Inspect D/ Works linkage , pins and Equalizer
    centre pin
    Check mast leveling bolts whether properly
    tight or not.
    Check dead man anchor foundation bolt.
    Check Weight indicator
    Check E.C brake and Friction brake
    Check water flow to D/Works
    Check air pressure and Guages
    Check proper reeving of floor bull line( Skytop
    Mast)
    Check whether casing line is over floating
    sheave of strong back column or not.
    During lowering, check slippage of line pulley
    in strong back column.
    Check whether casing line is over floating
    sheave of A frame or not
    Check whether casing line is properly reeved on
    crown block or not
    Check whether diving board is properly tied
    back or not.
    Check crown railings.

    Check whether all service line are loosely tied


    up with mast or not.
    Check all engines and assure at least two
    engines are running are running or not.
    Check whether diving board is provided or not
    Check air pressure of dolley board tyre ( Skytop
    Mast)
    Check dolley board movement area( Skytop
    Mast)
    Inspect snubbing line condition
    Check mast legs for any foreign materials
    Check whether floor pulling lines is properly
    anchored or not.
    Check whether bottom box is filled up with
    water or not.
    Check sub base foundation level prior to
    placement of sub base
    Check existence of split pin wherever
    applicable.
    Check production well kept shut in or not
    Check well flow line and gas input lines are
    buried with clear marking or not.
    Check any valve or control valve in the well
    plinth protected with proper and strong cover or
    not
