    Role offered to PPO Candidates after Summer Internship: JMP (Juniors Managers Program)
    JMP is a 2 year leadership development program run by Bosch Globally. The program is divided into 4
    stations (6 months each) out of which 1 station would be a station outside India which is in line with the
    business need.

    Tasks:

    Develop and deploy strategy for RBEI targeted at global business

    Support in the planning and execution of M&A

    Support in set-up and development of business existing line of business (Aerospace, Railways,
    Off Highway, Energy)

    Develop and grow new Lines Of Business based on company vision

    Support innovation topics initiated by CEO / SVP

    Support product development across services

    Support in the implementation of service lines

    Strategize & streamline the deliverables in line with business requirements

    Requirements:

    Engineering background with Electrical/Electronics/Mech is a must.

    Experience in Transportation / Energy technologies would be an added advantage

    Ready to accept challenges with Leadership potential

    Very Good Domain knowledge with consulting skills

    Exposure to strategy and finance topics

    Good analytical abilities and drive to execute time-critical projects

    Good Communication, negotiations & conflict management skills
