    around you are telling you, are you good at presenting/hiring/do the right thing, do you care
    about the project to get hit
    Duck dont waste all of your time getting your ducks in a row. Think about what to do with A
    DUCK (start right away)
    o Understand you have to do something with a duck
    o Are you ready to do something with a duck?
    Every successful business has a monopoly
    o Old way build better mousetrap sold cheaper
    o Now be the center of connections
    Freelancer or entrepreneur?
    o Entrepreneur build scale
    o Freelancer does the actual work
