Introduction

In the name of Allah The Most Benevolent and the Most Merciful
Leadership is defined as the process in which an individual influences the
group of individuals to attain a common goal. The goal is attained by mutual
cooperation and cohesive behaviour. That means, a group of society must cooperate
with their leader to achieve a glorious achievement. By this way, they can help the
community and bring them closer to one another.
With the involvements by top students from various high schools in Pahang,
we can definitely look forward for the Students invited for the programme will be
given guidance on how to carry out standard operational procedures in an
organisation. They are required to unleash their best potentials and unleash the
hidden capabilities which can definitely contribute to the society, specifically the
organisation that they have been granted responsibilities to. In this training,
students will be exposed to various team building modules, self-enhancement
practice and talks that will polish their leadership skills, generating proactive
critical thinking leaders when they were to solve simple internal emotional
conflicts to crucial decision making situations.
Baktisiswa is organised to construct a welcoming and safe, intellectual and
professionally civilised community that engages campus members in the life of the
university as well as high school youths by offering co-curricular opportunities that
facilitates leadership development, inspiring them to grow and InsyaAllah,
domestic leaders and perhaps, International leaders.
We believe the outcome of the programme will only be a positive result for
IIUM as well as the participants and committee members. Deductively, everyone
involved in this event will be exposed to standard modus operandi in handling a
program, handling youths as well as good times while carrying out da'wah and
tarbiah.

2.0 OBJECTIVES
The objectives of having this program are as follows:
1) To strengthen the bond of relationship (ukhwah) among all MRC members
and Hisbah committees
2) To inculcate and enhance leadership qualities among students as a future
leaders and as self-survival
3) To widen the social awareness and encourages top notch students from
prestigious high schools to be a part of the IIUM community in the future
4) To boost self-esteem and positive attitude, skills, knowledge and ability.
5) To improve the management skills of all the committee members.

CONCLUSION

It is our ardent hope that this programme will achieve its main
objectives. This is because the training is important to inculcate the spirit of
cooperation, wellbeing, competition and leadership among the future leaders. The
success of this programme will ensure the rise of better caliph. Wallahu alam.
