Dear brother,
THE PERMISSION TO BORROW FOOTBALL FIELD
Referring to the issue mentioned, we students from International Islamic University
Malaysia would like to request an ephemeral usage of the field belongs to Kolej
Matrikulasi Pahang for the upcoming sports and martial arts event.
2.
With this letter we hereby want to inform you that, Hisbah Ibn as-Sahl
committee of Centre for Foundation Studies, International Islamic University of
Malaysia Gambang Campus will organize a programme Inter Hisbah Football
Tournament 2014. We will have a football match to strengthen the relationship
between the students.

Details of this programme are as follows:

Date: 5 th April 2014
Time: 5.00 p.m 7.00 p.m
Participant: 60 CFS IIUM Gambang male students

Thus, we want to ask for permission to use Pahang Matriculation Colleges
football field as our field is still under construction.

It would be a great honor if you can allow us to use the football field.
