Moroccan Restaurant, LLC, the company that sponsors the Morocco Pavilion and operates the
Merchandise and Hospitality locations in the Morocco Pavilion, is your employer. This is an amazing

‘We recommend that you begin to gather information that you will want to take with you to the U.S.
Consulate when you apply for your visa (such as diplomas, letters of references from your schools or
previous employers, letters from future employers or from schools you will attend when you return).
Remember — you must stil! pass an interview with the United States Consulate in Casablanca. They
have the final decision on whether or not you may participate in the Cultural Representative Program,
Itis also important for you to remain in touch with us and Walt Disney International Programs
throughout this process, and especially when you have received your Q-1 Visa. After you receive
your sponsorship documents, you will also be contacted by ANAPEC in Morocco, as they are prepared
to guide you on how to prepare appropriately,

We are pleased that you have been selected as a Cultural Representative for the Morocco Pavilion
(MARRAKESH MOROCCAN RESTAURANT, LLC). We know that you are looking forward to your experience in
the United States and at the Walt Disney World® Resort, To ensure that you have the best possible experience
and that what we can offer you meets your expectations, please read thoroughly the following paragraphs
You will be working as either a Hospitality or Merchandise Host or Hostess. Both roles require greeting and
interacting with guests while promoting your cultural heritage. The Hospitality roles may require you to seat
guests, clean and set tables, cashier, or serve food. Merchandise roles include operating a computerized cash
register, stocking and maintaining the merchandise shops.
‘This isan entry level postion that will nt involve any management or supervisory experience, and you will be
committed to the role for your entre program. You will not be permitted to have any other employment for
the duration of the Program, as the visa petitioned for you will only be valid for your role as a Cultural
Representative of the Morocco Pavilion. The role requires your commitment to work fora period beginning

ranges from 12 months to 15 months.
Your success and enjoyment of the Cultural Representative Program are dependent on your ability to
communicate well in English. It is strongly suggested that you work on your language skills up until your arrival
date so that you can get the most from your work experience
Restaurant Marrakesh sponsors our Cultural Representatives to stay at one of four Disney Housing complexes.
As residents of these complexes, you will have the opportunity to meet other Program participants and live in a
comfortable and diverse community. Here are some highlights of the Living experience:
+ Company-sponsored housing is gated with onsite security
+ One: to four-bedroom apartments are available, with two or three participants in each bedroom (no
co-ed housing)
«Housing rates vary, depend on apartment size and occupancy, and are automatically deducted from
participants’ weekly pay.

alcohol is permitted at any time, Participants 21 years of age and over may request an apartment

All Cast Members must agree to abide by the established Community Codes for the safety and convenience of
all who reside at the housing complexes.Cast Members will work a minimum of 30 hours per week. You may be required to work 40 hours or more
depending on the needs of your location. Pay rate is $8.05 per hour, unless you work in a “tipped” position.
Overtime is paid at 1% times the regular rate when total hours worked are more than 40 in a pay period or
more than 10 hours in one day.

All permanent employees are eligible to participate in our Marrakesh Moroccan Restaurant Group Medical
Insurance Plan, Group medical insurance coverage begins on the 1* of the month following completion of 60
days of service, and a $50.00 payroll deduction will be taken out of your pay each week if you choose this,

You will soon receive information about the "Disney Look”. Please review the guidelines with respect to your
appearance while working at Walt Disney World. You should be prepared to be properly groomed upon arrival
in Orlando.

‘your international program experience!
Approximately 45-60 days prior to your arrival date, we will petition the United States Citizenship and
Immigration Service (U.S.C.1S.) on your behalf for the Q-1 visa to participate in the Disney Cultural
Representative Program.
‘You will also be notified by email. You will need to apply for issuance of the Q-1
visa at the designated United States Embassy or Consulate in your country.
As part of the employment process, you must successfully complete a background check in your country prior
to your arrival in the United States. You will be contacted directly by the Disney Agent (Yummy Jobs, UK) who
will provide guidance regarding completing this process. Please DO NOT arrive in the USA without successfully
completing this procedure.
