(TC)/12420/05-06, Dated ______ is the owner of the above building pursuant to the conveyance
dated_______registered under number _______ dated _______ and that the Society has allotted
the above Flat to Mr. Hirji B Bhutak.
We further confirm that we have a clear legal and marketable title to the said property and every
part thereof and that all taxes and dues in respect thereof have been paid up to date.
We have no-objection to you giving a loan to the said allottee and his mortgaging the said
flat/plot with you by way of security for repayment.
We have to inform you that Share Certificates have not yet been issued and as soon as they are
issued the Share Certificates pertaining to the said allottee will be forwarded directly to Yes Bank
