In this regard it is submitted that both parties were called in the
office of the undersigned in connection with enquiry into the matter and they were
heard personally. During the course of inquiry, the applicant Samoil has disclosed
that respondent has assured to pay his amount Rs: 61000 through installments
(five thousands per month). Consequently, he withdrew from the matter and
requested to file his application.
Since, the applicant himself is not interested in further proceedings
as his matter has been resolved amicably by the respondent, so this application
may kindly be filed.
