C Form Submission
1. Buy the C-Form for Rs. 5 at the copy shop
2. Fill in form details, submit form along with residence
proof Electricity bill/property tax docs
3. Get C form stamped
4. Go back to copy shop, get a copy of the stamped C
form
5. Go with remaining documents to Document
submission area dierent entrance

Be prepared with

old passport copies, new passport copies

Visa copy
Residence proof copy
C form copy
Old RP details (if any)
If Indian ci/zenship renounced renuncia/on proof
Electricity bill/property tax
Photographs

Document Submission Process

Go to Registra/on Submission booth, show documents for pre-pre-check

Go to counter 1 to show the pre-pre-checked documents

You will get approval for submission for scanning (across the desk)

Get documents scanned, take back to counter 1.

Can take 1-2 hours but usually simple process

Upon successful E-check, you will now have checked documents
Get checked stamp, signature

Take checked back to counter 1 (or another)

If lucky, you will get ini/al registra/on submission approval

Go to wai/ng area for document E-check of the pre-checked documents

May need to go back for more copies/documents. Prepare to be surprised

You will now have pre-checked documents aier successful pre-pre-check

Go back to ini/al submission booth.

May need to go back for more documents not listed as requirements earlier. Prepare to be surprised
