CONCLUSION

The correlation between sleep deprivation and hemoglobin levels of

teenagers is mainly characterized by low oxygen supply in the body. A sleepdeprived teenager can experience sleep apnea and hypoxia which can give low
oxygen supply to the body. Low supply of oxygen in the body can be induced by
low iron production which is a component of hemoglobin. Less amount of oxygen
are going to be carried by hemoglobin in the blood. Therefore, sleep deprivation
among teenagers causes low hemoglobin level in the body.
