Dr. Effat Abdullah Fadag, is an artists and an educator.

While completing her Bachelor degree, Dr. Effat was
part of the first Saudi woman pioneer artists. She
exhibited in various exhibition in and outside the
Kingdom. Dr. Effat then pursued her master and PhD
degree in fine art from England to become the first
female Saudi Artists with a Doctorate of Philosophy in
Fine Art in the Kingdom. In 2007, she was the chair of
the Islamic Art Department at King Abdullaziz
university. And from 2014 onward she has served as
the Dean of Hekma School of Design and Architecture
at Dar Al-Hekma University. Currently, she is an art
consultant at King Abdulaziz University of Science and
Technology.
