Eligibility:

Athletes 12 year of age or older as of Dec 31, 2016. Specifically U14, U16, U18, U20
If quota permits U12 racers will be admitted
All Athletes must have completed the Alpine Online Membership/Waiver (proof to be presented at
Coaches Mtg.) and have a valid National Points card issued by Alpine Canada

Registrations:

Official F.I.S entry forms must be used. All registrations must be submitted to Duncan Cornthwaite
Jan 7, 2017. Changes of race entry must be submitted two hours before the start of the Captains
meeting

Entry Fees: $187/athlete payable by cash or cheque (includes race fees and lift ticket for Saturday and Sunday).
Notes: Coach Lift Tickets Coaches will receive lift tickets 8:1; or where fewer than 8 athletes per club entry 1
Coach. Additional passes and training day passes are the clubs responsibility to purchase
Payment: Payment by cash or cheque at the registration desk from 6:00PM 7:00PM prior to the first captains

Protests: Delivered in writing with Video to the Finish Referee accompanied by $100.00 cash. According to ICR (FIS)

Captains Meeting: The Team Captains meeting will be held Friday January 13, 2017 at 7pm at Antione Mountain
Chalet.
Seeding:

By National Points. Uncarded athletes will be placed in a separate seed using a computer generated
Starting order. Second run top 30 flip

Results/Awards: Official Results will be posted outside the North Bay Antoine Ski Racers Inc. Race Headquarters.
Medals will be awarded to the top (3) finishers (male & female) for each of U18, U16,
U14 for
Each event. Medals will be awarded at the end of each days completion at Antoine Mountain.
Responsibility: The Race Organizing Committee, the North Bay Antoine Ski Racers Inc. (NBASR), the executive of
the NBASR, Antoine Mountain, the Northern Ontario Division (NOD), the executive of the (NOD),
Alpine Ontario Alpin, and Alpine Canada Alpin cannot be held responsible for any accident which
may occur during the event
