- Absorbed from the GIT
Unwanted effects:
a. Gastrointestinal
b. Haemostatic effect
c. Uricosuric effect
d. Antithrombotic effect
3. Pura-Aminophenols
3.1.
Acetaminophen
Adverse effect: Hemolytic Anemia, Hepatic Necrosis
3.2.
Phenacetin
Adverse effect: Methemoglobinemia
