GROUPING
Why a collaborative learning is important? People often get stuck in their own unique ways of
thinking; listening to another person's ideas helps them to broaden their horizons so when it
comes to solving a problem, the other group members may be able to think of things that the
one individual may not have on his/her own.

This is an individual task. Student must first analyse the proposed site base on the data
collected in 3A together with own observations. Do the SWOC analysis and later design synthesis.
The building must be design 80% timber and with Universal design in mind which refers to broadspectrum ideas meant to produce buildings, products and environments that are
fundamentally accessible to older people, people without disabilities, and people with
disabilities. (Further details will be given/discuss during the running of this task)
