    2. Wraponesliceofprosciuttoaroundeachasparagusspear,startingatthe
    bottom,andspiralinguptothetip.Placethewrappedspearsontheprepared
    bakingsheet.
    3. Bakefor5minutesinthepreheatedoven.Remove,andshakethepanback
    andforthtorollthespearsover.Returntotheovenforanother5minutes,or
    untilasparagusistender,andprosciuttoiscrisp.Servehotorcold.
