The Boy and The Rain

I wake up in the morning. It is not six oclock yet. The sun is rising up, so I get off the
bed and take a shower. After that I start to cook my breakfast which is omurice, a kind of
fried rice. The smell always reminds me of the time that our family enjoy the food together.
Then I walk to the door and look back. I remember every moment that happened to my dad.

One day, we just came back from shopping: suddenly, two men broke the front door
in to our apartment. One of them had a gun, so we can fight, but my dad got a chance. He
jumped right to one man that had a gun. He kicked the gun away from the thief. When
another thief saw, he took his knife up and ran toward to my dad. I got up and smashed right
into his body, and I ran to get a gun.Suddenly, after I got a gun the thief that I smashed grab
his knife and run toward to me, so I shot at him. In that moment, another thief tried to escape
the room, so my father tried to stop him. Suddenly, the gun was shot, but it did not hit him.
The thief ran away; however, the bullet that I shot hit my father. My mother was screaming
and shocked from what happened. Everything is bloody. The smell of the blood is all over the
room. I called the ambulance, but it was too late when they came. My father already died.
Moreover, the doctor said, Your mother might has a mental problem because of the death of
your father. I suggest that your mother should stay at the hospital because of her heart disease
and cancer. I feel bad from what happen till today. My father was killed by me by his own
child.
I am walking to the train station to go to school. It quite a rough day for me because it
is a midterm exam-day. I am in grade twelve now and this is my last term. However, I still do
not have any friend because of what happened . After I finish the school, I go to the hospital

to see my mother. I say Good evening mom. She does not response anything to me, so I ask
her, How was your day? Mine was bad. It is an exam-day. The exam is very hard. There is
not sound coming out of her mouth. Everything is in silence. I grab her hand and hold it
tightly for a while then I walk out of the room. It all most 6 p.m., so I run as fast as I can to
the convenience store near the hospital. I had worked here for a while because my mother can
not work. Further more, I need to pay a lot of bills. I worked here till two a.m. I do all of this
as a routine after the death of my father.

At the hall way, Michella is carrying classmates homework to send to teacher. While
she is turning to the stair. She is hit by someone. She fall down. Her hand hit the floor hardly.
She looks up and see a boy. He says Im so sorry i did not see you, while his hands are
picking up the book. Sorry again. Are you ok?, He says. She says, Thank you. I am ok.
He looks at her hand and asks, Really, may I see your hand. He grabs her hand. Ahh, it is
hurt be carful, she says. You should go to the clinic , I say. Then I carry her up and say, I
will hand the books to teacher. The girl are impressed in that moment. She did not know him
before. She thinks about it all night.
In the next day, when Michella walks in the room the boy who she met yesterday are
sitting in near the window. She stuns a little bit and think that Do he really in our class? Why
do not I ever see him before?. Therefore, she walks toward to him and say, Hi, do you
remember me? He replies Um. Yes. His sound is shaking. He looks shy. Suddenly her
friend comes and pulls her right away from him. Michella confuses why do her friend pull
away from him. She says Hey, what is wrong. I am talking to him. Her friend replies Yes,
that is wrong. Dont you hear any about him before. Michella answer, No. Her friend

says, His name is Leo. He lost his father and his mother is in hospital. I heard someone said
that he murdered his father by himself, but others said that it is an accident. Any way no one
know the truth, so I think that you should stay away from him because he might hurt you
some way. Michella seem to disagree with her friend because of what happened yesterday.
What she saw shows that he can even hurt others.
Michella tries to make friend with Leo. She does not believe her friend. Moreover, she
wants to prove to other student that he did not murder his father, so in the next day she goes
to talk to Leo again. She starts the conversation, What do you eat to day? He answers,
Umm. A sandwich. Do you want some? His voice is shaking. She say No thank. I have
mine too. She pulls her sandwich out from the bag and pulls the chair to sit with Leo. After
that they start to talk together. Both of them usually spend time together. Every noon they
usually eat lunch together. Moreover, they always go home together.
The time has passed very fast. They agree to be in relationship together. One day Leo
says, Hey, the new movie gonna show on this Sunday. Are you free. Sure, do not be late
again. Michella replies. Everything seems to be good, but on that Sunday he does not come.
Michella waits for Leo all day because this day is his birthday. Moreover, it is a anniversary
day , so this is one of the most important day in her life. However, the result does not go in
the way she wants and that make her very upset. In the next day, at the school, she asks Leo,
Where did you go yesterday? I called you and you did not answer it. Why? I waited for you
till evening. She starts to cry, but there is no and voice coming out from his mouth. That
week Michella does not talk to Leo or even looks at him. Everything getting worst and worst
till her friend asks her, What is going wrong between you and Leo. Nothing. Everything
is alright, she replies. Her friend says No, there are something wrong. You usually talk and
stay together, but now you do not even look at him. Therefore, that makes Michella tells
what happened with her and Leo. Her friend is shocked and says Really you do know what

happened last Sunday. What? I do not know anything, Michella says. Her friend says I
heard this from other, so I do not sure that is it true. Last Sunday he left you alone because his
mother sick was getting worst. The doctor said that his mother had about a month left or
faster than that. After Michella hears what happened to Leos mother, she is starting to cry.
She look back and know that she made a big mistake. Therefore, she runs out and tries to find
Leo around the school, but he is not there. She runs out of the school. She think that he might
be walking to his home, so she runs that way. Nevertheless, the rain is falling and it is getting
harder, so she stop at the convenience store. She looks around and sees Leo standing beside
her. She moves slowly to him.
She says I know what happened. Why dont you tell me? Leo replies Im sorry. I just do
not wants you to worry about me. No, you are my boyfriend right, so if you have a problem
you should tell me. We will pass it together. I will not left you behind, She says. Her voice is
shaking like she is crying. Leo says, Yeah, Im so sorry about it. He pulls her hand up and
hugs her. Michelle cries and say Me too. I am so sorry. I would not do that to you. It is ok.
I understand.
They go to sit on the bench. Michllela cries till she sleeps, but Leo still awake. Therefore, he
carries her to home. While he is walking, he looks back to everything that happened to him.
He thinks that if he had a chance to do everything he will do it as good as he can, so he will
not make the other sad and hurt as him feels.
