Position:-Executive (Corporate Finance)

Location: - Mumbai
Salary: Rs. 1.8 2.2 lakhs p.a
Experience: 1-4 years post qualification experience of working in the corporate finance
division of the company.

Job Description:
Work in the corporate finance, treasury & banking relationships vertical.
Issuance of Bank Guarantee
Manage & maintain relationships with all lenders/mutual funds/stakeholders.
Processing security / other required documentation
Manage data requirement for the various facilities and address queries from the lenders
/auditors /investors/inter-department.
Prepare monthly MIS related to corporate finance activities.
Maintain group cost of borrowing & income from group's investments. Execute treasury
related activities for group.
Be updated and interact with various stakeholders and counterparts in operations, other
business functions, on regular basis
Professional Requirements:
Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Well versed with BFSI sector
Knowledge of various means of funding/working capital in BFSI sector
Good understanding of the security structure and documentation with lenders
Ability to effectively compile, interpret and explain financial data
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
