SPRET: Social has had a positive or negative impact?
Brown-Gomez 5
There are also other developments in the Neolithic period like the development of social
classes and permanent settlements happened. When someone thinks if social class people
would usually think it was a bad thing but actually it was a positive impact because, it made it
easier for jobs to become apparent to people. For example the lower class at this time began to
become farmers because that was seen as a lower class job. Permanent settlements has
definitely made the human race speed up knowledge wise. With people not having to worry
about moving all the time, humans had the option to start opening their minds to new ideas.
That is how social classes were made and jobs were created because of permanent
settlements. Without humans communicating and expressing themselves the human race
wouldnt have sped up to all these different options in such a short time. Permanent settlements
have also have risen the topic of economics. Economics in the neolithic period included trading
crops, people needed to have permanent settlements as well as having social skills to start
trade. Also due to these permanent settlements in the Neolithic period, governments had to start
forming which gave structure to the people and none of this couldve started without having
social skills.
Without the human race being social, humans wouldnt have made it as far as they have
now. There are so many positive impacts from having social skills, many things have started
from interacting with each other. People keep improving to this day, many have made inventions
and figured out different things, from just working together. Without these interactions with each
other, then the world wouldnt be as advanced as it is.
