Registration date - This day you have to come register yourself. Defining the
registration process. We will tell them the entry process. In between registration to
orientation Interview procedure should we very clear (Verification, Police verification
all). After getting the application we will do the all verification. Before registration
we have to verify. Before the application a test and verification will be there. We will
do the verification by our side, for conducting the test you have to send the syllabus
in which subject test will be there.
Interest & Syllabus- In which subject test will happen, Need the syllabus so that
people will start preparing. Where the test will held? Who will be the coordinator?
We have to send the test paper to the coordinator. We will email the test paper so
that he can conduct the test there only. After conducting the test he will send the
paper here. He also can send the pictures too by whats app.
Test & Result - We will check those papers. Then application will come. We have to
define the application date. By this date we have to receive all the application. After
that a test will be held on fix date. Entrance test date, after that verification and
answer checking will go on parallel.
Verification The when we will get the application will start the verification so in
between test and application verification must be there. After test we will check the
answer and then we will declare the result. Result declaration date will be there.
Reporting & Registration- After that we will announce the registration date. Who
so ever wants to join a proper reception should be there. A phase is there of 2-3
days where the new joiner will come from different location, A warm welcome
should be there. No rule should be there in starting and all the should be arranged
properly (to stay, Food, A good relation, Sankirten & other required facilities). After
that we will prepare their mood to follow the discipline. So they should feel that
people are good here now our phase of training is going to start. We will tell them all
the process in Orientation programme that your commando training will be there so
be prepare mentally. Before that will allow some leverage to them, Will give them
Prasad, Will give them the Krishna consciousness touch. They will feel about this.
P.B.T Festival - Then we will celebrate the P.B.T festival to inspire them. This will be
the 2-3 days festival so that they can enjoy and feel happy. We will organize the
Feast, Games, Video, Outing, Presentation & other programmes. We can organize
for 1 week too including any festival so that we can visit other temples of Delhi,
Nearby Holi places, Vrindavan, Haridwar, a entry should be very dramatic. 1 st class
Prasad should be there, A place for stay all should be good. So that they can realize,
they are entering in very good world, Entance association and lecture, kiran, Dance,
Drama, and Feast by this type we will keep them dramatically and also will conduct
the orientation. In last 1-2 days we will conduct the orientation. 1 week will be the
programme and last 2 days will be the orientation. We can think about it after the
registration. After that training will start.

Training- We will begin with training. During this time we will arrange the place
(where they will stay) and almirah for the them. All things should be planned, where
they will, where will be their almirah. A proper arrangement should be there. There
should be good arrangement for their rest & sleeping. We will provide them the mat
or many devotees have their personal mat they can bring their mats too. We can
give them the Kusha mat (Seeing in Jagganath Puri but khatmal will be there in
Kusha mat) which they will keep with them till last. To give them the discipline &
inspiration we can show some video of our Acharays live example. There should be
some stories, videos they will get the inspiration. We can do this at different
intervals. We can do the Ekadashi festival (Ekadashi day festival day). They should
very much enjoy the P.B.T to forget their families. They should feel very happy in
this process (Kirtan). A complete dedication is must so that they can participate in
the activities. You both should plan for this side only and be focused. We have to do
this very dedicatedly. Its a very deep process and professional, need dedication.
We can bring the quality by this. We are doing our service in quantity now we need
quality. In this we have to train them. So you both should focus in this. I will see in
Rajasthan who will go with H.G Pitamber Krishna prabhu. You both can try and make
a plan. Then let me know what difficulties are coming. Devote your time.
H.G Sunder Gopal Prbhu ji- I will ask to H.G Pitamber Krishna prabhu that some
other devotee will assist him. So that you can focus here. Or you can do one thing in
10 15 days you should focus here totally and let him go after making all the
arrangements you can go there. Ask him to go alone there and you stay here for 15
days. H. G Gopi Bhav prabhu ji I have some lectures on Sunday (Rmagaya). H.G
Sunder Gopal prabhu ji We will remove you from Sunday programmes. Someone
else will take care of this. You focus in this. If you think that you are coming in a very
busy phase, at the time of registration you have to give much time here in P.B.T. We
are making a plan now but after the planning this will not be much tough. Once the
things are already planned (Schedule) that you can define the dates and start
sending the email or take the help of 2-3 people in this senior P.B.T batch and give
them some work. Do the planning first only then we can conduct. You can see that if
you have service in P.B.T doesnt go to Rajasthan and be focused in P.B.T only. Once
all the things will be lined up, after setting the system you can go there and from
there you can keep monitoring by phone. What we have to do assign somebody who
can execute all these things. You just simply coordinate on phone. Do the planning
1st and give the handover to down the line. As the new boys are coming for their
care we can ask to the senior P.B.T batch.
New P.B.T Batch- Old senior P.B.T batch will take care of the new joiner. They will
receive them; they will stay with them and will help them to maintain their life as
per the P.B.T schedule. We have to assign the activities to the old batch. We have to
give the responsibility in P.B.T batch and note down the activities on paper. When,
where, how the things will happen. Many new joiners are coming to join P.B.T
progamme. In 1 batch there could 50- 100 people will be there.

H.G Gopi Bhav Prabhu ji- its good that we are organizing all the things in advance
that will help us otherwise reading the procedure will takes time. We can fix the
time too for Exam and Interview.
H.G Sunder Gopal prabhu ji- So makes the plan and focus here for 10 days in
P.B.T. We have to make very good plan so that we can start implementing from
February onwards. If we want to start from 20th March than 15-20th February we
should be ready with all the material.
Promotional Phase- Our plan should be ready for next 1 year what activities we
are going to do, from which date we are going to start that should be ready in 1
month advance. We will take 1 month to start the propaganda what we will do,
where we will do, how we will do.. It will take another 1 month to tell others. So you
can take 2 months period. If the Gaur Purnima joining dates 20 th March then you
have to be active 2 months before in advance for the next batch. You will take the
time of 1 month to settle the things and 1 month is to promote. We have to do this
in mood of goodness if our plan will be ready then we can do the things easily. In
starting it will take time to settle thats why we are discussing on prior basis as we
have time now. We can make a good plan for next semester, So that things will be
very clear, now make a plan.
Curriculum- After starting the curriculum we will keep organizing the festivals and
camps. So they will be enthusiastic. So you have to prepare a plan for 1 year.
H.G Gopi Bhav prabhu ji Now we will focus on application format, Test format
(1st Phase), to prepare. What we will do this have to prepare.
H.G Sunder Gopal Prabhu ji - In 1 week you have to prepare a plan. Then you can
start awareness at all the places. Make a time line that till 31 st January you have to
make the entire plan. What all you have to do, everything in detail.
H.G Gopi Bhav prabhu ji I have to go for IDC camp in Rajasthan from 13th to 19th
February.
H.G Sunder Gopal Prabhu ji - Keep doing the planning for some hours during
your trip after 18th start doing the focus here. 23rd March is the Gaur Purnima. If you
come on 18th then you have 4-5 days to make a plan. In 4-5 days with focus you can
make a plan. You can take 1 week after that you can start doing awareness. Make
the time line that 31st of this month you have to make a plan. What all you have to
do. Everything in detail should be ready. Till 25 th January you have to prepare the
plan and present it to me. I will check if there will be addition or deletion and we will
make it ready till 31st January. Then you can start executing from 31st January to 23rd
February in these days you have to do the promotion. For 20 days we have to do the
promotion and then after 20 days we can start Test, Application, Registration and
all. We can fix a date for collecting the application form till 25 th February. Many
people are going to Mayapur Yatra and may be they will take the decision after that

to join. We can start after Mayapur yatra also we will get the time for promotion
during Puri Yatra. We can do the promotion during puri yatra/Mayapur Yatra in a
better way. If we will do after Yatra that will be good I think. People will be inspired
in yatra. People may be being able to join after Yatra. As we are promoting Sri
Jaggannath Puri / Mayapur Yatra we can promote this parallel to attract them. We
can send this promotion to all the temples and they can star promoting. We can
send full P.B.T planto all the temples who so ever want to join they can send the
application after yatra immediately. Yatra is a preparation for application. They also
can fill the application during yatra. During the yatra they will fill the application
within few days they will get the revert. Gaur Purnima is on 24 th March.
