Remedial Actions:

Problematic Circuit Breakers must be replaced with new breaker of good quality and
appropriate current rating.

Keeping in view LPG Plant safety and OGRA visits, electrical equipment must be
installed according to hazardous area classifications.

All cable must be run through proper conduits i.e. Flexible or G.I as per requirements.

Cable joints must be secured through proper Junction box or Flame proof/Water proof
joints.

Cables having multiple joints or damaged insulations must be replaced with new and
good quality cables.

All poor condition lights must be replaced with latest Flame Proof LED type lights as
they have better Luminous Flux and consumes less power than Mercury or Sodium
lights.

Flame Proof/Water Proof junction Boxes need to be installed to avoid any

shutdown/short circuiting or mishap in rainy seasons.

Cables in Junction Boxes need to be properly dressed.
