Execution of the plan:

We wish every day was like that day when we executed our project because that was the day
when we did something for the humanity which give us spiritual satisfaction and dignifies us in
our own eyes.
1 august 2016, was the sunny day. At 8 am the target community we purchase all the martial
required for the execution of our project. It includes fans, bulb, white boards, charts and flower
plants for school and stationary for school children. And packing the lunch box for school
children. Our all group members with this martial to the target community (Government high
school) at 11 am we start execute our project.
Firstly, fitted the fan in class rooms. And also fitted the white boards in class rooms and then we
planted the trees in school garden. Distributed the stationary and lunch box to school children
and then we arranged the lunch for our group member.
The principle, faculty and the children of the school were very happy.

Issues observed while planning and executing:

The major issue we faced at most was getting our project sponsored. But three great person
sponsor of our project we got sponsored by M Ramzan , M Razaq and Gulam haidar were
appreciated by different people also.

Response observed by the stakeholder:

Response of the community was good, they become happy to see the school environment. They
understand our motive and said that they will try improving the condition of their school.

Contingencies/changes made in the plan:

As discussed above we decide to start our mission at 29 July 2016. but due to raining we delayed
it till 1 august 2016. The plan was successfully completed.
