SITE TEMFACIL

May we request for your approval of the Site temporary facility (Site Temfacil) we
found near the site. See attached drawing.
This site temfacil is located at Capitol Hill estate 1 at back of the project Site.It is
owned by Dr.Zenaida D.Pangamdaman. The proposed temfacil is located at the 2 nd floor
of a 3 storey house with a ground floor occupied by a travel agency having a separate
entry to 2nd floor. The third floor having 5 bedrooms occupied by students typical to 2 nd
floor and they have common access to 2nd floor hallway going to main entry ground floor.

The Rate of the proposed Site Temfacil is P52, 000 with 5 bedrooms,
conference,common dining hall and 6 comfort rooms excluded of water and electrical
bills. if without bedroom 5 the cost will be P45,000 excluded of water and electrical bills.
The Contract will be on a minimum of 6 months and with 3 months deposit with
additional of P10, 000 for electric /water bill that is refundable upon leaving. Please see
attached Contract for reference.
