The island turns out to be an old Area 51-like containment area fora very large, aggressive and lonely monster. The two dentists find the monster tangled in vines, and in an attempt to scare it off with a botched together shoddily made dentist tool weapon, the Senior Dentist shouts at the Junior Dentist and enrages the monster, causing it break out of its vines, chase playfully after the Junior Dentist, throwing him around like a ragdoll toy, and swipes the Senior Dentist away into a tangle of vines.
