Health Care

As an
immediate
commitment, we
will invest $3
billion, over the
next four years,
to deliver more
and better home
care services for
all Canadians.
This includes
more access to
high quality inhome
caregivers,
financial
supports for
family care, and,
when necessary,
palliative care.

National

that, through the
advantage of bulk
buying, will
actually save
Canadians $11
billion each year.
It will especially
benefit senior
citizens, who
spend the most
on prescription
medication, and it
will allow
physicians and
doctors to better
track if patients
are at risk of
dangerous overmedication. We
will be far more
rigorous in

drug applications.
