- It needs to be equal to or less than 12 inches in length, 12 inches in width, and equal to
or less than 6 inches in height
- It needs to weigh equal to or less than 5 lbs
- It needs to cost less than $500
- It needs to be able to fall from a height of 10 feet above the ground and not break and
work
- It needs to be able to function for 1/2 hour at a time
- It needs to be able to pick up items up to 1 lb
