To whom it may concern

Hello .
This is Hakan Keser.I am writting this letter from Turkey.I am a Honda CR-V
customer.I live in Kadirli-Osmaniye.I am married and have two kids.
I have gotten a Honda CR-V,2015 paid in chash on August 26,2015 for our family
corporation.It is a brand new car and its expensive in Turkey.Two days later when
I drove this car on the highway it was suddenly stopped in the middle of the
road.My wife and two kids were in the car ,we got big trouble.I barely got roadshoulder.Waiting for roadside assistant to safe us we never forgot this
experience.This car has warranty for 5 years.I have called dealer named Adana
Tekbalar Honda Dealer which I bought the car,technical service of dealer said
after fabric release,turbo hoses of the car not sure means they realesed the car
without ensure.So we got shock because it is Honda.
I did not give up on the car until on November 29,2015 I saw check the engine
light-I called roadside assistant they said you can drive but as soon as possible
get appoinment from service.
Honda has reputation in the worldwide which trust, safety,liability so onWell I
am big fun of Honda , but I am sick of tired calling servise and I also called Honda
headquarter in Istanbul for all those problems and got no conclusion.They said
we cant do anything about it-.My point is I would like to give this car back and
couldnt find anyone who take car of us.
Please concern my situation and guide me
