Reva Readana : Good Evening everyone, today is 30th Desember 2016. And I as the
chairman of sochgath 2017 will start the meeting for today. Bella please spread the meeting
agenda for today.
Bella

: okay then, here are the agenda for today (spreading the sheets agenda) our

chairman has made the agenda here to make you all understand what will we discuss for
today

: here we will discuss three main agenda the first one is the

theme of socgath 2017, second is about the schedule of socgath, and third is the preparation
of selecting chair person in each major for socgath. So far any quetion?
Angga & Ardiwiguna: nope, please continue

: well the first point is the theme of socgath 2017, what do you

think the theme that we have to used this time?

Angga

: (raising hand)

Reva Reandana

: (pointed to Angga) well Anggau, do you have any idea?

Angga

: well along these three years we have passed many theme which interesting.

This time why we dont make theme Be Healthy as a Hospital, why I choose this kind of
theme? Because I love the costume of doctors and nurses. Beside this theme will build the
consideration of all EED students about how important the healthy it is.

: well okay, lets take a note about suggestion, Bella could you

please take a note about his sugestion

: okay

: any other sugestion? Ardiwiguna maybe?

: well thanks for the chance that given to me, well along this three

years I have passed my college life in EED. The most interesting theme is Broadway in
2013. The first socgath when we in 1st semester.
Aguz Budiarta

: whyd you say so?

Ardiwiguna

: yap because that theme is match with our major in EED, I think we

have to create that kind of theme this time

: so your suggestion is?

: brodway is a theater in US around 16th century so. I think Classic is a

good theme for this time. Back again in previous theme like Galaxy and greek. The theme
Galaxy I think that time the theme Galaxy is not embrace all of the even in socgath. Like in
the potluck party. The costume which appropriate is alien costume or astronot. But what we
wore in that time is tuxedo and for girsl wore white dress. I think this is not appropriate.

: yap I think so
: and for the Greek theme yesterday, the potluck party in that time also

miss presenting about the costume. Our senior just asked us to wore all black. Is it represent
the theme? No, so that my reason why I choose classic in socgath this time. Beside have you
seen men nowadays? They used pomade, good apperance, well uniform, it is represent the 19
century is back to famous again.

: Hmmm, yeah thats cool dude.

: yahh, I think that is a good idea, how about Angga do you

accept this theme?

Angga

: no problemo, I think Ardiwigunas idea is good also, beside my idea is hard

to represent the costume in potluck party also.

Bella

: so the theme of socgath this time is classic?

Aguz Budiarta

: no wait, only one word sounds so boring. How about Back to 60?

Angga & Ardiwiguna: Good we agree with that

Bella

: Okay the theme is Back to 60 already note.

Reva Reandana

: okay continue now to second agenda is about the schedule of

socgath 2017. When will we doing socgath this time?, Bella could you please tell me the
availabality of the day that may us to doing socgath?
Bella

: okay the first one is february. I think but the obstacle in this month all

students in 7th semester focus on the accumulation of proposal. And March the obstacle in
this month we in 7th semester will focus on PPL in severals meeting including the ceremony
of introduction to PPL

: in february when exactly the date of the accumulation of

proposal?
Bella

: I think around 11st until 15th February

Reva Reandana

: so, around 16th february until last february we are able to

manage to doing socgath 2017, right?

Angga

: yahh, I think 22nd february until 29th february is the best day to doing our

accasion. Beside there is no any religius date in those dates.

Aguz Budiarta

: Nice, I agree with Angga. That is very reasonable. How about the

others?
Bella & Ardiwiguna : Yap, copy that!

: okay, nice suggestion. Next is about the selection of chair

person in socgath 2017. Here I will make it fast. we have four classes from 7A until 7D. I

already gathered all chairman here. So is your obligation to announced your class to choose
two volunteers to be chairperson in our socgath 2017. Any questions?
