RESOLUTION NO. 2016-1

A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE HON. FAUSTINO G. DY III,
GOVERNOR, PROVINCE OF ISABELA THRU MS LILIA C. CASTILLO, PROVINCIAL
COOPERATIVE OFFICER, ILAGAN ISABELA, TO APPROVE THE LIVELIHOOD
LOAN REQUEST OF THE SAMPALOC MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE
AMOUNTING TO TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 200,000.00)
WHEREAS, Diamantina SN Credit Cooperative is a duly organized and
registered cooperative with CDA Registration No. 9520-1020000000029240;
WHEREAS, in order to sustain additional income-generating projects for the
benefits of the member, loan assistance is very much needed;
WHEREAS, due to its limited resources, said cooperative could not cater all
the financial needs of its member;
WHEREAS, the Provincial Cooperative of Ilagan Isabela supports the
development of its constituents by providing livelihood assistance or association.
NOW THEREFORE:
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to earnestly request the Hon.
Faustino G. Dy, III, Governor, Province of Isabela, thru Ms Lilia C. Castillo, Provincial
Cooperative Officer, Ilagan Isabela, to approve the livelihood loan request of the
Diamantina SN Credit Cooperative, Diamantina, Cabatuan, Isabela amounting to
Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.00)
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to Hon.
Faustino G. Dy, III, Provincial Governor and Ms. Lilia C. Castillo, Provincial
Cooperative Officer, Ilagan Isabela, for their information and most favorable action.
