    I. Review of meeting minutes from November 2016

    II. Review & closeout of 2016 projects & expenditures (NID Board & all contractors)

    III. NID Board #3 Elections -Tuesday February 7, 2017 at 5:30 PM-6:30 PM

    IV. Review NID Board Bylaws, Financial Policy, Communication Policy, and other
    formal agreements (NID grants & guidelines)

    V. Develop 2017 timeline for newly elected NID Board of Directors


    a. Orientation
    b. Quarterly Meetings
    c. Scheduled responsibilities (Audit, 2018 Operating Plan, Annual Report, Community
    Economic Development Committee Hearing for NID #3, etc.)
