    Sub: MT. MAXIMUS SHIFTING FROM NTB TO OUTER ANCHORAGE
    This is to inform you that One of our Vessel Mt. MAXIMUS, berthed at NTB on 04.01.2017 for Loading
    FO, in mean time PSC inspector Board the Vessel and found some deficiency to rectify, for rectifying
    the deficiency it will take some time but we have to occupaid the present berth NTB for another
    Vessel. So the Port Inspected to us to Shift the vessel from NTB to Outer Anchorage on 06.01.2017 at
    1800hrs, for your kind information that the Vessel will be sailed from outer Anchorage to Colombo
    after rectifying the deficiany. So we requeseted to kindly issued the clearance accordingly.
