Setting up IPC Digital Library

To promote research interest among the IPC Scientific Staff/Researchers on use of
E-Resources using tablets, laptops, and smart phones IPC Library and Information
Centre is looking forwarded to setup Digital Library to increase its access, creation
and creative use of digital collections including innovative technologies to provide
remote access to Pharmaceutical scientists and the broader community with a 21st
century library environment in both physical and digital medium.
Setting up Institutional Knowledge Resource Centre (IKRC)
To Strengthen IPC Library and Information Centre with integrated system of
Electronic and Print Collections and open online inquiry, IPC Library will set up
Institutional Repository for it all India users. The Purpose of IKRC is Migration to
Next Generation Library Resource Management System.
Research Services
To strengthen online reference research services provided to researchers IPC
Library willing to expand including delivery of reference in all best technological
formats and in a variety of settings and Implementation of Online Library Server
and Desktop Virtualization to Integrate Mobile and Web based Services for study
materials.
