Procedure:

Activity
T writes vocabulary words on small pieces of paper. Ss work
in pairs. The pieces of paper are placed face down in front of
the students. S A starts by picking up a piece of paper and
describing the word to S B. S B has to guess the word. Once
the correct word is guessed, the Ss switch roles.

Ss read loudly a text and then answer to a set of questions in

T writes the following phrases onto flashcards and place them

Free practice

T gives each of the students a blank piece of paper. They need

to write one third conditional sentence about their past at the top.
Ss then need to pass their pages to the S on their left. Now each
S needs to write another third conditional sentence to continue
the consequences. Continue until the page gets back to the
original S, or they have had enough. Then Ss read out their
stories. e.g. .If I had been born 100 years ago, I wouldnt have
gone to university. If you hadnt gone to university, you wouldnt
have been able to get a job.
