We used what is to be the most common way of gathering data by Survey.
Here is the question asked in our survey form.

And here are the results of the survey that have 50 persons as respondents.

As you can see in the graph number 1 that the most common problems they
encountered was slow processing of the booking.

Graph 2 shows that 90% percent of the respondents thinks that a hotel
monitoring and booking system can help solve these problems.

Graph 3 shows that the 24% of people doesnt know or the hotel doesnt
show the picture of the hotel rooms itself.

Graph 4 shows that handling some extra services takes time and having
hindrance because some says it has different mode of payment or not being
offered by the current hotel system they using.

Graph 5 states that 30% of people are having a hard time reserving a room
days or weeks earlier.

online rather than on the spot booking or booking through the phone.

Graph 8 shows that almost everyone that who wants to begin a hotel business
would like to have a computer system that can help them manage the
transactions in the hotel and at graph 8.5 only 14% doesnt like the records to
be kept.

And the last is graph about the problem of being booked in a room that is
already occupied and 40% experience it.

Majority of the problems people encounter can be lessened or be prevented


but most of the hotels here doesnt have system capable of dealing with these
kinds of problem or doesnt even have a system and manually handling
transactions which is more prone to errors.
