Authored the following manuals:

Disaster Recovery System (DRS) Define all possible calamities that may
occur in bank operations and steps or procedure to overcome the problem.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) Set out an understanding between the

service provider (IT Group) and the Users (Branches/Units in the Bank)
on the expected IT Service to be provided.

Computer Operations Procedure (COP) guidelines of operations to strike

the optimum balance between efficiency and flexibility of operations and
our corporate requirements for control.

Security System Provide necessary framework to establish corresponding level

of access of various positions on confidential files and information.

Problem Management Define standard in efficient problem handling, and events

to be recorded and escalation procedures.

Backup Policy Image copies of all files and libraries needed to streamline and

IBM 4381 platform - Reorganize VSAM files for orderly space allocation.
Create DML (Display Message Log) program for effective review of previous
processing . Programmed MACRO to conform JOB for specific execution.
Construct Run Guide to execute Jobs in terms of individual frequency.
IBM AS/400 platform - Run CL program for some Bank requirement. Update
TLRLDA data area to meet specification. Develop BRMS to be routed to the

branches. Create REFRESH format for FULL and PARTIAL Downlink to

TANDEM. Produced RUNQRY (DUETODUEFR) for GL report. Set-up for the
plan for the AS/400 RISC upgrade schedule. Check status of AS/400 Tally jobs.
TANDEM platform. Develop SAP2 to complete linkup of AS/400 to
TANDEM. Edit ROSETL02 according to specifications. Create backup program
for secured file. Check production volume file to ensure transfer from TANDEM
and AS/400 linkup and vice versa. Purging of Old Files and Rename old files.
Copy latest VISA files from Hongkong. Activate the BASE 24 Pregen and
Distribute processes to re-gen SPROUTE. Ensure precise generation of report
using PREUSE. Stop and Restart the NCP server. Generate specific Job Status file
using SPOOLCOM generation.
