Pupils are paired up and work through different zones of a grid completing passing targets, like a certain number of passes, before shouting "bump" to move up and bump the pair in the next zone down. The pairs progress through increasingly difficult targets, moving up when completed and bumping other pairs down. Variations can make the targets easier or harder by changing distances and number of passes.

Set the area up as in image 1 or 2 (or a mix of both for higher
abilities image 3). Each zone has a different target. o Image 1 = different zone is a different number of passes o Image 2 = greater distance for pass, but the same number. Pupils must complete the target. When they do they shout BUMP and move up a zone, bumping the other pair down. Pupils will move up and down as targets get harder and easier. If two pairs shout BUMP at the same time, they both move up and the corresponding pair will move down two cones double bumped. This can be played for several minutes.
Progressions:
Include a variety of distances and number of passes
Increase the distance or number of passes in each zone
