    Please expertise on a patient . It is about a 39-year-old female patient . 4 years
    ago spontaneous pregnancy baby born healthy .
    Three years of trying unsuccessfully to get pregnant . corresponding to the patient's
    medical status .She does not smoke do not drink, do not take birth control pills .Her
    irregular menstrual cycle .The results of the study of sperm husband was appropriate .
    The following tests were carried out :hormone tests ,UH folliculometria
    .these results showed: there was no follicle maturation .Due to increased prolactin
    levels are treated .Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome started .Necessary even laparoscopy.
    I ask for help to carry out what tests are necessary to restore the status .
