    Dear families,

    Next Weeks Calendar

    Weve had a nice full week back at CWC KC! This week has been very
    productive in our classroom. Weve been busy with our Native American
    project, learning about Dr. King in honor of his birthday, working in our
    small math groups, and writing in our own personal journals. Our
    friends are doing a great job at getting back into the groove of school!

    During Morning Sing today, we learned about a new friend at our school
    named Carl the Chameleon. Every Friday, the class with the highest
    punctual (on-time to school) percentage of students gets to host Carl in
    their room for a week! We hope that you can help us earn this privilege
    by making sure your child arrives to school by 8:00am each morning!
