INTEGRATED PUBLISHERS is presently looking for opportunities to cooperate with conference organisers across the globe to
publish the conference proceedings separately or as addition issue in IJASER.. It is a recent development and new
addition in our service, after thoroughly analysing the need and demand we had decided to support few academic
conferences conducted by various organisations and associations. It is well known fact in the recent days bountiful
conferences were being conducted and most of them end up with publishing their conference proceedings as hard
copy or in the digital media which is not widely circulated. This restricts the ideas and views shared in the conferences,
the ideas being discussed and analysed by very few attending the conference and to those who receive the
proceedings. Only few conferences publish their proceedings in online media, we would like to support the organisations
who are interested to publish their proceedings through us.

conference support service. It is in the own interest of the organisations to utilise our services if needed, we are

interested in institutional membership and if institutions are interested in the same it can be obtained to support
our journal system. As of now all our conference publications are via digital and print mode we facilitate
conference organisers to publish in an optimised way.
Approval duration
Normally we decide about supporting the conference within 10 days from the receipt of consent and interest
from the concerned organisation/ institution, in certain cases it may take more than 15-20 days to decide,
organisations interested to utilise our services are requested to apply well in before the conduct of conference.

GENERAL INFORMATION TO ORGANIZERS
Duration: Normally review process takes around 5-10 days from submission to decision, but it varies from article to article.
Hence we insist organisers to provide us enough timing to process the proceedings by submitting the accepted article at
the earliest convenience.
Ethical principles: We member of COPE (Committee on publication ethics) and follow ethical guidelines strictly, authors
submitting articles to any of the IPA journals are solicited to follow ethical publishing guidelines for the betterment of
scientific research.
Competing interests: Authors submitting article to proceedings published by us are informed to declare any competing
interests before final approval and publishing without fail.
Plagiarism: Integrated Publishers, its journals, journals board and its editors are extremely against plagiarism and we adopt
zero tolerance on plagiarism and plagiarized content. Presently we are member of Crosscheck and use iThenticate to
verify plagiarism in two stages. Articles that are plagiarized will not be considered for publication in our journals.
Correspondence : All our correspondence are handled only by mailing, we do not have a separate submission and
article processing system, authors are informed to follow specified mail ids for quicker and better processing of articles.
Open access Policy: IPA journals, by default are open access journals; we have signed Budapest agreement and also
member of few Open access journals publishing organizations. Authors submitting article agree by default to publish their
article in open access mode confirming to Creative Commons License 3.0
Electronic version: All articles published through any of the IPA journals are published only in electronic version, we do not
provide hard copy of article. Authors are informed about this prior to submission and they are also informed to manage
their own print out of the published article.
