NO PERMITS
ALLOWS TRANSPORTERS TO RUN WITHOUT SEEKING PERMITS FOR
CLS FROM LOCAL GOVERNMENT / MAIN ROADS.

MMS CONCESSIONS WILL BE LEGISLATED BY THE STATE


GOVERNMENT.
THE NEW MMS SYSTEM WILL NOT BE ROUTE SPECIFIC.
