SCOPE OF SERVICES
Hereunder includes the Architectural Services necessary to design the Project
incompliance with all laws, rules, codes, regulations, orders and ordinances of any
kind whatsoever issued or enacted by any governmental entity applicable to or
affecting the project:

However, the Owner recognizes that the Site Contractor and other consultants
are ultimately responsible for their work. Architect shall review and recommend to
the Consultants/site Contractor, but shall not be responsible for their work. The Architect
will do the top supervision.
Architect shall issue drawings in accordance with the Schedule.

REMUNERATION & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

In consideration of the services provided by the Architect(s) here above, the Client shall
pay a fee as PKR 150/-per sq. ft. , which is Rs.477,800/In words: (Four Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand And Eight Hundred Rupees Only)

Based on the mutually agreed Schematic Layout, Elevations, and Theme Concept, and
directions from Owner, Architect will prepare a final design. After signing off the final
drawings- any changes asked to make shall be charged separately.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All the payments shall be paid according to above mention payment schedule.
All above mention fee are exclusive from all taxes.
The Architect shall have the right to photograph the interior reviewed and
approved by the Owner, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
