On the Move Program opportunity with your the ASEAN-Japan BUILD-UP Cooperative
Education Program. I have worked with Andi Faesal at Universitas Gadjah Mada for the last
6 months.
I enjoy working with Andi Faesal and am happy to be able to provide this recommendation. I
have great respect for him as an individual and as a professional and am confident that he is
deserving of this award. Personally, I find Andi Faesal to be an honest, intelligent, articulate
person, fast learning, who is self-motivated, Geophysical thinking, Geological thinking and
also demonstrates leadership qualities that are admired by peers and supervisors.
In addition to having firsthand knowledge of Andi Faesal work ethic and abilities, I am also
familiar with his education and career goals, and know just how much receiving this program
means to him. Receiving this program will provide important experience support that will
allow him to obtain the additional education necessary to earn his master degree. I cannot
think of anyone more deserving and I wholeheartedly support his application.
