Plaintiff Ali Zulfrqar,

is an individual residing in Alberta.

The Defendant, Prince T'ravel

Ltd., is an Alberta corporation registered to do a business

in Alberta.

The Event
1.

Ali Zulfiqar entered into a contract with

Pakistan.

At first the defendant gave

Prince Travels, to purchase a round trip ticket to

an unconfnmed

ticket for 1735.52, that was suppose

to be for travel on February 22,2016 frotn Calgary to Toronto and then from Toronto to

Lahore, Pakistan on return date to Calgary on March, 2016.

The Defendant also charged $190 cash for stamping Unuah Visa. (Despite being free

of

cost)

AliZulfiqar went to the airporl Feb 22 and was rejected for the ticket being unconfrrmed.

Then a second ticket was issued on February 29,2016, for the similar round trip with
unconfirmed return back to Calgary on April, 2016. The Defendant sent the confrmed

ticket for one way and also unconfirmed return ticket for the trip.

He said that the confirmed return ticket will be emailed by the time Ali Zulfiqar

to the designation

Upon arrival, the ticket was not delivered and later on the Agent called MR.. Zulfiqar
saying he understands the fraud but

it is not his responsibility and now cannot confrm

the ticket anymore.SO no additional ticket was issued despite having prepaid for the

ticket.

In breach of contract. Prince Travel did not deliver or resume (eats for the Plaintiff for
the return flight.

Due to the Defendant failing to fulfil its promise, the Plaintiff was forced to purchase a
last minute ticket for $1603.28 to return back The Plaintiffand fzrnily frced fmancid
crises causing a month delay in the return Plaintiff on
