Know all men by these present that, I Mr. Asad Munir Cheema Son
of Ch. Munir Ahmed Cheema caste Jutt Cheema resident of Village
Saroke Post Office Same Tehsil Wazirabad, District Gujranwala
presently residing at Canada, hereby appoint constitute and nominate
my real brother Mr. Umer Munir Cheema(CNIC # 34104-1126407-7)
son of Ch. Muhammad Munir Cheema caste Jutt Cheema resident of
Village Saroke Post Office Same, Tehsil Wazirabad, District Gujranwala,
my true and lawful General attorney to do the following acts deed and
things in my name and on my behalf.
Whereas I am owner of land bearing Khewat # 19 Katuni # 42 to
52 Pieces # 40 measuring 241 Kanal 11 Marla in which 397/9662 share
measuring 9 Kanal 18 Marla 136 Feet situated at revenue estate of
Saroke Tehsil Wazirabad District Gujranwala according to copy of
register owner ship land for the year 2007-08.
Due to my multifarious engagements in Canada, I cannot do
certain acts deed and things in this behalf. So that I have appointed,
nominated and ordain the above said Mr. Umer Munir Cheema as my
true and lawful General Attorney to do the following acts deeds and
things.
To enter into and take charge of my share in the above said land
and to give the above said land on rent, to receive rent and issue
receipts and to sure or defend any case in connection with the said
land if any, to engage an advocate for legal assistance to sign
WALALATNAMA an appoint an special General attorney on my behalf,
to give petition, application affidavit, statement written statement, to
compromise or withdraw the case, to sell, exchange, mortgage, sale of
gift my share in the said land to any third party and to receive full or
part payment of consideration prices of the land and issue receipt to
build, to execute and sign all kinds of papers documents, agreements,
deeds etc and represent me before all officers concerned, to
purchase/refund N.J stamps, to get them completed and present before
the registrar for registration purpose.
Generally to do all other acts, deeds and things for me and on my
behalf which are required by my above said General attorney in this
behalf.
