INTRODUCTION
The marketing is the social process through which an individual and company achieve
what they need and want by generating and exchanging money with other entities in both
local and international market. In an organisation, the marketing procedure general comprise
identifying viable and potential options of marketing in the environment by developing
strategies for the effective use of determined opportunities, evolving proper marketing tactics
and control marketing efforts execution.

1.1 Elements of marketing process
The marketing process is referred as a management process by which customers
requirement are identified, predicted and profitably satisfied. The four key elements of
marketing process are marketing audit, marketing strategy development, marketing mix
decisions, and implementation and control.
