    ORDER
    C/R is put up before me along with petition no. 2789/13 filed by

    petitioner Pranjit Kutum prayer for releasing accused Bogaram Kutum on bail.
    Heard both side, perused C.R. Considering the nature and gravity of offence
    the alleged offence and the length of detention, the prayer for the bail of the
    accused stands rejected. Petition is disposed off accordingly.
