Externally recruited for specific skill set in training, recruitment, development and implementation of
systems to streamline processes and increase margins. Responsible for over 830 nursing home units,
8000 hourly and over 1200 salaried coworkers throughout 13 states. Managed revenue in excess of
$412 million annually and full oversight of all P & L reporting as well as budget and forecasting.

Developed a two year Strategic Plan to both organize and set in motion company objectives
which lead to a reduction in overhead by over 18%
Through new sales techniques increased overall managed units by 120 facilities (or $72 million
in annual sales) in 9 months
With new systems and tracking reduced annual turnover over 28% and built a bench of talent

MANAGER
Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training for all hourly and salaried coworkers. Authority for
budgeting, community marketing and events as well for growing profitable business.

Increased efficiencies which reduced labor 3.2% and improved profitability by 4.1%
Decreased food costs over 4% through targeted training of hourly and management personnel
Increased sales over $5,000/month by speeding up service and focusing on customer service
Developed new process to improve Thanksgiving meal production and delivery (the busiest day
of the year for Cracker Barrel) which improved performance and increased daily sales by 9%

Decreased labor costs through improved training and metric tracking which reduced labor costs
over 11% throughout all properties in my area.
