La mayor actividad de la lipasa se dio en el tubo 1 , cuyo contenido fue : lipasa , aceite vegetal y sales biliares . todo esto
con un ph de 7 . Al terminar la incubacion , se midio el ph de la solucion el cual fue de 6.21 lo cual indica que que hubo
activiadad de la lipasa y existio liberacion de acidos grasos .

La lipasa hidroliza cada triglicerido dando un monoglicerido y dos acidos grasos La digestin de las grasas comienza en la
boca con la secrecin de lipasa bucal, un componente de la saliva la cual ayuda digiriendo pequeas cantidades de lipidos.
La lipasa es mas activa en el intestino delgado puesto que aqui es ayudado por las sales biliares. La actividad es optima
debido que en ambos lados actua con un pH de 7 .

EL proceso de emulsion fisica de los lipidos se da en el intestino delgado por parte de las sales biliares las cuales son
secretadas con el fin de separar los acumulos de lipidos y aumentar la superficie accesible a la enzima lipasa , actua como
detergente . Como resultado de la reaccion produce Pequeas gotas de trigliceridos
Los cuales son hidrolizados por la lipasa dando lugar a un monoaciloglicerido y 2 acidos grasos .
