DEED OF SALE WITH RIGHT TO REPURCHASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;

That I, PEDRO S. DE GUZMAN, of legal age, Filipino, married and resident in
Barangay Salaan, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, for and in consideration of the sum of
THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 40,000.00), Philippine Currency, to me in hand
paid in cash and delivered to my full satisfaction by JOSE L. OCA, of legal age,
Filipino, married and resident in Barangay Salaan, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, by these
presents, do hereby sell, cede, transfer and convey by way of SALE WITH RIGHT
TO REPURCHASE unto the said JOSE L. OCA, his heirs, successors, or assigns, that
parcel of Irrigated riceland situated in Barangay Inlambo, Municipality of Mangaldan,
Province of Pangasinan, with an area of about (2,071), square meters more or less.
Declared under Tax Dec. NO.12075 of the land record of Mangaldan, Pangasinan,
Of which above-described parcel of land I, PEDRO S. DE GUZMAN, am the
absolute owner and in actual possessor and that the same is free from all kind of
encumbrances whatsoever.
That it is hereby agreed and covenanted by the parties hereto that I, PEDRO S.
DE GUZMAN, my heirs, successors or assigns, the right to repurchase the abovedescribed parcel of the land for the same amount of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 30,000.00), Philippine Currency, within the period of FIVE (5), years from and
after the date of execution of this instrument.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 10 th day of July 1,
2016, at Mangaldan, Pangasinan.
