Secondary grid network under study

The two primary feeders (1 and 2) are assumed to be identical and secondary feeders (3-14)
assumed also to be identical. The probability to fail for the primary feeders and secondary
feeders are shown in Table 1. To simplify the calculation, one load is specified in this network.
Calculate the availability at the load by using two of the following methods:
a) decomposition method.
b) delta-wye method.
c) minimal cut set method.
